This is an interesting one.
Two screenwriters are suing Fox, saying that the box office flop The League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen plagiarises a script they pitched several times between 1993 and 1996.
Fox points out that the film is based on comics genius Alan Moore's graphic novel, but the pair then claim that Fox paid him to write that as a smokescreen which would allow them to rip of the writers.
