Lydie and Phil’s wedding today in Bristol, and then again tomorrow in London.

My arm is feeling better, but I’m still using it as an excuse to avoid work (which at the moment consists of some concept sketches for a children’s book, a ten minute film script and lots of printing and packaging submission parcels to go out next week).

I’ll be swimming and sauna-ing again later this evening, although this time in a country club near Bristol, if all goes well.
