Dear Diary
Today I came in to work, sat in my office overlooking the Thames and beamed while reflecting on how I'm going to spend most of the summer soaking up the sun while writing and drawing. I tried to share my joy but my colleagues told me to shut up.
Then I sat beside the Thames and ate my lunch, only mentioning a handful of times (to whomever would listen) that I go completely freelance in nine working days time.
PS. If you're waiting on any writing or art from me this week it is on its way, and I wasn't idly soaking up sun in various parks this weekend...
